توضيح بشان تداعيات تدخل البنك المركزى السويسرى

وفى اخبار منتشرة بتقول انه الشركة اقترضت حوالى 300 ملليون فخين انها بحاجة الى 220 مليون فقط لتغطية خسائرها
واعتقد هنا زاذت التكهنات انه المبلغ الباقى ممكن يكون مخصص لشراء البارى
او ان حجم الخسائر اكبر من 220 مليون !!

وضع FXCM يدفع الهيئات الرقابية لتعديل الرافعة عليها:


ان الجمعية الوطنية للعقود الاجلة تقوم بمراجعة الرافعة وبعض القواعد الخاصة بالتداول على العملات طبقا لـFXCM, معللين ذلك بإن الشركة بدأت تشهد تغيرات منذ ان احتاجت الى 300 مليون من Leucadia National Corp. (LUK) لتنجو من العجز الناتج عن الحسابات السالبة في حسابات العملات بعد ان تخلى البنك السويسرى عن سر صرف الفرنك امام اليورو
وقال "ويرتز": فى ضوء ما حدث الاسبوع الماضى, نريد ان نتأكد من ان تلك القواعد فعالة وتضمن الحماية الللازمة للعملاء
لازالت البنوك تعاين الخسائر الناتجة عن قرار البنك المركزى السويسرى بالتخلى عن تحديد سعر صرف اليورو مقابل الفرنك وتركه يتحرك بحرية, والخسائر التى تكبدتها FXCM تدل على ما ان كان الهيئات الرقابية فى الولايات المتحدة لم تضع القيود الكافية لحماية الزبائن
فى تجارة السلع والقيود الاجلة تسمح الهيئة NFA ان يحص على العميل على رافعة مالية تصل الى 50 ضعف المال الذى تم ايداعه عند الوسيط, فى الجهة المقابلة على مستثمرين الذى الذين يشرون الاسهم بأموال مقترضة ان يقوموا بعمل "طرح" بـ50% على الاقل من سعر الشراء طبقا لقواعد الاحتياطى الفدرالى
وقال مسئول NFA "إننا ننظر فى كل شىء ولا يوجد اى شىء اسفل الطاولة
ان FXCM كانت تحث CFTC من اجل عدم تشديد الرافعة المالية
وقال "درو نيف" الرئيس التنفيذى لشركة FXCM "ان القيود التى كانت تفرضها الهيئات على الرافعة المالية كان لها تأثير مدمر على قطاع الفوركس
كما ارسل ايضا فى شهر مارس من عام 2010 بريدا الى CFTC تم توقيعه من 8 مديريم تنفيذيين فى مجال وساطة العملات , إن هذا المجال يعتمد على انظمة اللكترونية لتنفيذ صفقات العميل ويحميه من التقلبات فى الاسعار كما قاله فى خطابهم الذى جاء على موقع CFTC

وصلنا برده نفس الايميل من الباري و من شركات اخري بتاكد انها وضعها مستقر

طبعا صعب اننا نعرف الحقيقة من الشركات نفسها عشان كدا احسن حاجة ان كل واحد يتابع مع شركته و يشوف هل المنصة مستمرة فالعمل و هل خدمة العملاء شغالين و لا هربوا و هل السحب شغال عادي بحيث يبقي عندنا صورة من ارض الواقع
