بيقولك يا غالي ان المستندات المقدمه غير متأكده
وتواصل معهم عشان تعرف معلومات اكتر عشان تفعل الحساب بطريقه صحيحه وده ممكن يكون سبب التأخر في السحب
ولكن بحثت عن الشركه ورأيت انها لا يوجد مشكله في السحب ولكن يعيبها تأخير الاوامر
تواصل مع الدعم مع افتتاح الاسبوع ولا تقلق اخي الكريم
