Overall impression from what the circles are communicating through their suppor and resistance spot, is that we are in a very strong impulse wave, that has the capacity to go to the 4900 region. Here is the analysis Daily In this time frame we have pair that is being forced through a very tight and tough zones. 2 Circles exerting their pressure on each other creating a big agitation in price. Price will eventually go through the 4600-4700 region upwards to 4900 and 5000. 8 Hour The strength of the circle are indications that a very strong break is about to happen soon, which will take motion to a minimum of 4800 region. 2 Hour An upmove to at least 4600-4700 zone is waiting to happen at the openning of the EUR session in Asia. The impulse wave is very strong and could have the power to pass through 4700 to 4800 before a retracement starts. 1 Hour The one hour chart is the most important of all charts that is indicating that a major resistance circle has gotten broken and support has formed inside the circle at its south pole. The south pole has had a significant upward reaction and price is not showing any signs of weakness. This strong energy can easily drive this pair to the highs of 4700 or beyond. M5 There are 2 buy spots, one is at 4460 and the other is around 4510. We might not be in a very good position for a possible breakout lower than 4490 region, and the pair might continue to bounce upwards along the red curve eventually going to 4560. There are 2 possible buy spots, one is at 4490 and the other is at the break of 4490 which could be around 4460 region.
